Deep pressed wells of 21 liters with drain valve installed in the lower neutral compartment and cold zone for food particles collection. Free well, heating by external stainless steel burners with vertical optimized flame distribution with pilot burner and piezoelectric ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat.
