Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in stainless steel AISI 304 15/10. Flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Deep pressed wells each of 17 liters with drain valves installed in the lower neutral compartment and cold zone for food particles collection. Free wells, heating by external stainless steel burners with vertical optimized flame distribution with pilot burner and piezoelectric ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat.
