Reversible cast-iron cooking grid sloped version for cooking fat meats and with drip tray for grease collection. Plane version for fish and vegetables with circular elements. 3 sides splashguard in AISI 304 stainless steel, and removable grease collection tray, water fillable for easy cleaning. Evaporation of water grants the tenderness of the grilled food. Armored heating elements in incoloy installed under the cooking grid. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.
