Working top in stainless AISI 304, 15/10 thickness with removable enamelled containers. Radiant hotplate in heavy gauge cast iron and with central bullseye. Heating by doublering 9 kW burner in cast iron for temperature up to 500°C. Gas supply controlled by thermostatic safety valve, automatic piezoelectric ignition.
Appliance equipped with two burners, 1 burner of 5.5 kW (double crown) and 1 burner of 3.5 kW (single crown). Oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing. Gas oven ignition by piezo device. Cooking chamber in stainless steel. Temperature adjustment from 50°C to 300°C, power 8 kW.
