Bestmax filter cartridges are used to decarbonise cold water so that it meets the legal requirements for drinking water quality. They reduce the scale content and carbonate hardness of drinking water, thus protecting catering equipment such as coffee machines, espresso machines, hot and cold drink vending machines, steamers, combi steamers, ice cube machines from harmful limescale deposits. What’s more, the taste of food and the aroma of drinks are improved by removing unpleasant odours and tastes, e.g. chlorine. Particles are also filtered out of the water.
